- Is there a free tier?
- Yes — 500 documents a month, with the full API. It is a hard cap rather than a trial, so it never turns into a bill you did not expect.
- What happens if I go over my plan's quota?
- Paid plans keep rendering and bill the excess as metered usage, at a per-document rate that falls as the plan gets larger. The free plan stops instead of charging you.
- Do you charge per seat?
- No. Pricing is per document rendered. Add as many teammates and API keys as you like.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes, at any time, from the billing page in your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated by Stripe.
- What counts as a document?
- One successful render — a PDF, a screenshot, or an Open Graph image. Failed requests and cached responses are not counted.
